Aryna Sabalenka
Sabalenka, born in Minsk (the capital city of Belarus) she is the child of Sergey. Sergey the father of her (who died in 2019) was an ice hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka was born in Minsk on May 5, 1998. Aryna is the holder of 12 WTA Singles titles, one that was awarded the title 'Grand Slam' in the Australian Open 2023. Additionally, she's a fantastic doubles player. She has won two other Majors in this specialty the US Open 2019 and the Australian Open 2021 won both together with Elise Mertens. She won each of the WTA 1000 and Miami Open in Indian Wells with her Belgian Partner, who completed what is known as the Sunshine Double. This feat was only achieved by four couples competing in singles for women. The Belarusian rose from second place to third in singles world rankings on 23 August 2021. Her best ranking was again achieved in January 2023. Following her victory at the Melbourne doubles competition in February of 2021, she was able to move up the rankings to take the first spot in that specialty. Dmitry Tursunov (a former Russian tennis player) coached her for part of the season in 2019 and from 2018 to the close of the season. She also briefly teamed up with Dieter Kindlmann between August and September 2020. Antonio Dubrov, her fellow nationman, has been her coach since the year 2020. Serena Williams & Maria Sharapova were her models.
